4. Cancellation and Refunds:

Buyers who wish to cancel an order and have neither downloaded the data nor received a lead may do so, and The Data Supermarket, at its discretion, shall expedite a refund within one (1) working day.

In cases where a buyer has already received the product and subsequently seeks to initiate a cancellation and refund, The Data Supermarket Ltd shall conduct a thorough investigation, and the decision regarding a refund or other resolution will be made at the sole discretion of The Data Supermarket Ltd.
